IMPORTANT NEWS

January 2009

Do you get tired of waiting for call backs from stud farms to which you wish to apply for seasons?

Do you hate taking the time to fill out all those Mare Information Forms?

We can help!

As we have transacted a large volume of seasons since 1980, not only with private shareholders, but with all the major stud farms, we know who to contact for a quick response. Also, we believe that our clients often receive preference for a number of reasons. First, we are efficient in our representation, following up on each transaction from initiation to conclusion, saving our sellers time and paperwork. Next, our client’s mares are well managed and have excellent conception odds. Finally, our clients honor their financial obligations in a timely manner

You may well have a better chance of obtaining the seasons of your choice with our assistance. Our sellers pay us a fully disclosed commission on a live foal basis, so it doesn’t cost you any more. And, in some cases, it may actually cost you less, as we are sometimes able to negotiate discounts which are not publicly available.

With information you give us verbally, or with facts we can obtain from BRIS or EQUINE LINE, we will complete your Mare Information Forms. All you’ll have to do is review and sign.

As in years past, the more popular, commercially viable stallions will fill up quickly. Some stud farms begin reviewing pedigrees prior to announcing stud fees. If you submit a mare for approval prior to the 2009 fees being announced and a contract being issued, you are under NO obligation to purchase the season, should you not approve of the subsequent fee.

As the fees ARE announced, you will find them in the Seasons and Shares Section of this web site. Only the advertised fee will be noted. If we believe there is room for negotiation on price or terms, multiple mare discounts or other provisions or favorable conditions, this information will be noted under the COMMENTS column.
